Wormwood, a great pollinator plant, fairly drought tolerant. We have never made absinthe and do not endorse doing so, but we hear it is interesting.

Sun: Full sun. 

Soil: Dry, non-fertile soils with exceptional drainage.

Water: Wormwood plants require little care, and only want occasional watering. 

Zones: 4 to 8 

Height/Spread: Gets to be about 3 feet tall x 4 feet wide, and usually grows in a round shape.
