After a simple design for smaller and simple projects, Our design work for residential lots can range from 1000-5000 per project. The scope of the work is highly client and site dependent, so we have 3 options here to chose from. • Do initial consult on site and follow up phone call or visit.

• Do extensive site research, take detailed measurements and base plan, and most of the time soil samples.

• Create a base-plan showing existing elements and relationships.

• Create 1-5 conceptual plans showing plants with "call-outs".

• Create 1-2 detailed budgets and project installation plans.

• Plant list with approximate plant counts and retail costs

• Have 2-3 site meetings with homeowner, and 1-2 with other contractors, if needed.
