This is a basic design that can apply to many basic city and simple suburban properties and situations we encounter. Some properties or needs are far too complex for this base design. (We will let you know if your property needs more design timer prior to working on the design after initial online research and phone conversation) The package includes

• 1 hour site visit and we take measurements and base plan

• Create typically a hand drawn base-plan showing existing elements on the property

• Create 1-2 conceptual plans showing plant options with "call-outs".

• Create 1-2 Ballpark* budgets

• Plant list with *approximate* plant counts and retail costs

• Typically 1-2 Zoom meetings to review progress on it that last about 15-30 minutes each.
